While I was home over the holiday’s I made macarons! It’s something I’ve wanted to do for a while, and they were a lot easier than I thought they would be. I looked over a lot of different recipes, and I found they were all pretty much the same. I found that you can’t make the eggs whites too stiff, I made two batches much too stiff and they didn’t smooth out into nice little domes. And getting them uniform is tricky, for me at least anyway. Anyway, I can’t wait to try to make them again!
